This is not a results guarantee. We cannot control your market or your competitors. It is a process guarantee: a commitment that we will do everything we said we would do, when we said we would do it. If we fall short, you don't pay for that month.

What do I receive from the free consultation? +

At the end of the 30-minute call, you receive a written Preliminary Problem Diagnosis: a short document summarising what we have observed about your venue and the key issues holding back your results. You keep it regardless of whether you choose to go further. No charge, no commitment, no sales pressure.

Is the £1,250 audit really credited against the retainer? +

Yes, in full. If you sign a retainer within 30 days of receiving your Empty Dates Audit, the full £1,250 is credited against your first month's management fee. For most clients who go on to retain Way Consulting Group, the audit effectively pays for itself.

How is "measurable improvement" defined? +

We agree the key metrics together at the start of the engagement, before any work begins. These are typically cost per lead, conversion rate, qualified pipeline volume, or organic traffic. Both parties sign off on what success looks like before we start. No ambiguity, no moving goalposts.

Do I have to commit to a minimum contract length? +

No minimum contract on any retainer tier. We run month-to-month. Digital marketing takes time to compound, and leaving after 30 days means you have not seen the results. We are confident enough in the work that we do not need to lock you in. The Way Promise is designed to keep us accountable so you never feel the need to leave.

Why do I pay ad spend directly to Meta and Google? +

Because it's your money and it should stay yours. When agencies collect ad spend through their own accounts, there is an inherent conflict of interest: they control what you see and what gets spent. We manage your campaigns through your own accounts. You see everything. The minimum £750/month applies so there is enough budget to run meaningful campaigns and get real data.

Can I start with the audit and decide on a retainer later? +

Yes. The audit stands alone as a deliverable: a detailed diagnosis and 90-day action plan you can implement yourself. If you want us to implement it for you, signing a retainer within 30 days means the £1,250 is credited against your first month. There is no pressure to retain us, but the credit makes it an obvious decision for most clients who are happy with the audit quality.

Do you only work with wedding venues? +

Yes, exclusively. Wedding venues have specific buying cycles, lead-handling needs, seasonal dynamics, and competitive dynamics that generalist agencies consistently miss. Specialising in venues means the systems we build, the ads we write, and the strategies we recommend are built around how couples actually search for and choose a venue — not adapted from a generic marketing playbook.
